One year of retail experience in retail store operations within the last two years is required.

If a sufficient number of qualified candidates do not apply, the minimum qualifications may be lowered without reposting. DEPARTMENT MANAGER POSITION. WILL WORK A ROTATING SCHEDULE, 40 HOURS A WEEK. FULL BENEFITS, PAID LEAVE, 401K, PENSION. MILITARY SPOUSES HAVE HIRING PREFERENCE, BUT ALL ARE WELCOMED TO APPLY.PREFERRED MONDAY THROUGH SUNDAY AVAILABILITY, INCLUDING NIGHTS, WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS. EXTENDED DUTY HOURS AND VARYING WORK SCHEDULES.

Manage financial and operational duties.
Customer relations.
Supervises, trains, and develops all sales staff associated with assigned areas.
Perform other duties as assigned.
