Dir, Financial Analysis

Manages the Exchange financial analysis plans.

Ten (10) years of experience in finance or accounting.

OR

Bachelors degree in accounting; or a degree in a related field such as business administration or finance, and eight (8) years of experience.

CHARTERED FINANCIAL ANALYST (CFA) - Preferred

Work – Onsite (HQ – Dallas)

Works with the business units to develop a return on investment projections on corporate business unit projects and initiatives.
Manages, directs, and leads a team of financial analysts on strategic project evaluations, contract proposals, and provides guidance/assistance to other directorates with their initiatives. Provides guidance to junior-level analysts.
Works special projects and analysis directly for the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Develops presentations for the Board of Directors and subcommittees.
Performs other duties as assigned.
