Facility Manager II (Logistics)

Plans, schedules, and directs staff of skilled and unskilled trades employees in the maintenance of buildings and grounds.

Five years of management/supervisory experience in commercial construction, renovation, facilities management or equipment maintenance management.

Or

Bachelors' degree and three years of experience commercial construction, renovation, facilities management or equipment maintenance management.

CONSTRN MGT - Preferred

ENGINEERING MANAGEMENT - Preferred

Certificate/License (one of):

AIR CONDITIONING & HEATING CERT ATI - Preferred

ELECTRICIAN - Preferred

• PCS authorized for eligible associates. Relocation entitlements/allowances may vary 

Technical (Preferred/Required Skills/Systems):

• MICROSOFT OFFICE PRODUCTS - Required
• AUTOCAD - Preferred
• CMMS - Preferred

Ensures that utility systems are fully operational and inspected in accordance with preventive maintenance schedules. Manages assigned associates.
Prepares cost estimates for building renovations or space allocations. Communicate with management and contractors as required. Oversee capital projects.
Inspects completed work for conformance to specifications. Oversee repair and maintenance of buildings and assets.
Provides needed support for ecological sustainability issues.
Performs other duties as assigned.
