Program Specialist

Responsible for developing and maintaining operational programs that support business objectives. Serve as the subject matter expert for assigned programs, providing guidance, driving process improvements, and coordinating cross-functional efforts to ensure effective execution, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Five years of experience in retail operation/management, inventory and/or development of programs, policies and business concepts/strategies.

Or

Bachelor's degree and three years of experience in retail operation/management, inventory and/or development of programs, policies and business concepts/strategies.


Degree (one of):

BACHELORS DEGREE - Preferred

Major/Minor (one of):

BUSINESS MANAGEMENT - Preferred

This position is located within the Store Operations Division and serves as the Program Specialist for Military Clothing Store Operations.

Work – Onsite (HQ – Dallas, Texas)

• Remote/Telework not authorized per Presidential Memorandum “Return to In Person Work”

• PCS Authorized/Lump Sum Payment of ($15,000) May be Authorized

 

Serve as the subject matter expert for designated program(s).
Oversee cross-functional collaboration to ensure operational programs, processes, and activities are executed in compliance with established standards, policies, and business requirements.

Streamline operational procedures and program processes to enable efficient administration and consistent execution by leadership and operational teams.
Review, develop, and improve program procedures, guidance, and administrative processes to promote operational efficiency, consistency, and effective program management.
Implement and support changes to operational programs through stakeholder communication, training development and delivery, and technical testing to validate system functionality and program effectiveness.
Prepare reports, maintain program documentation, and track outcomes to support program evaluation and continuous improvement.
Perform other duties as assigned.
