Applies extensive knowledge of the restaurant industry to drive profitability, ensure compliance with brand standards, and optimize performance. Provides leadership, guidance, and oversight to assigned associates to ensure operational effectiveness.
Requirements

Six (6)years of experience in hotel/restaurant management with three (3) years of experience in multi-unit restaurant management. One (1) year of experience at the pay band 4-2/4-3 level or equivalent industry experience is required.
Or
Bachelor's degree in hospitality or business administration and four (4) years of experience in hotel/restaurant management with three (3) years of experience in multi-unit restaurant management. One (1) year of experience at the pay band 4-2/4-3 level or equivalent industry experience is required.
Degree (one of):
BACHELOR OF BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION - Preferred
Major/Minor (one of):
BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION - Preferred HOSPITALITY MANAGEMENT - Preferred
Or
Bachelor's degree in hospitality or business administration and four (4) years of experience in hotel/restaurant management with three (3) years of experience in multi-unit restaurant management. One (1) year of experience at the pay band 4-2/4-3 level or equivalent industry experience is required.

Serves as the primary liaison between the Exchange and designated Name Brand Fast Food (NBFF) partners.
Oversees the review and coordination of franchise agreements and contracting requirements; communicates franchisor-directed operational changes to stakeholders to support successful brand operations and growth.
Monitors performance and operational initiatives, including projects, openings, training, promotions, and product launches. Leads coordination with internal departments and external vendors to support effective execution.
Conducts restaurant site visits, facilitates corrective actions following franchise reviews, and recommends procedural improvements.
Evaluates new strategies and business solutions while providing ongoing, day-to-day operational guidance
Performs other duties as assigned.
