Shift Assistant

Responsible for shift operation of an Exchange branch facility. Actively evaluates customers' needs by listening, providing solutions, and making recommendations to maximize customer satisfaction and Exchange brand loyalty.

Completion of high school or the equivalent. Retail experience. Demonstrated willingness and potential for additional responsibility. If applicable to position, associate must successfully complete the management motor compliance course number 175S within three months of occupying position.


If a sufficient number of qualified candidates do not apply, the minimum qualifications may be lowered without reposting. APPLICANT SHOULD HAVE FLEXIBLE AVAILABILITY TO WORK MONDAY-FRIDAY 0900-1600. APPLICANT MUST BE US MILITARY/DEPENDENT ASSIGNED TO STAVANGER. THERE IS NO PCS ENTITLEMENT ASSOCIATED WITH THIS POSITION.
