Supervisory Customer Experience Specialist/Lewis Main/Firearms/RFT

Oversees associates within assigned department(s), utilizes leadership skills and abilities to empower associates to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience.

Completion of high school or the equivalent. Retail experience. Demonstrated willingness and potential for additional responsibility.

MUST BE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DETAIL ORIENTED. HAS A POSITIVE ATTITUDE, A TEAM PLAYER. ABLE TO LIFT MORE THAN 40 LBS.MUST BE 21 YEARS OLD TO APPLY AND PASS AN INITIAL DRUG TEST. MUST BE WILLING TO ACTIVELY ENGAGE IN THE SELLING OF AMMUNITION AND FIREARMS. KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE IN SELLING FIREARMS AND AMMUNITION IS PREFERRED.THIS POSITION IS LOCATED AT THE LEWIS MAIN STORE WORKING PREDOMINATLY IN FIREARMS.
