• →Bachelor’s or Doctorate degree in pharmacy from an ACPE-accredited school of pharmacy required, or an FPGEC certificate from NABP.
• →Active Licensure with the North Carolina Board of Pharmacy is required.
• →Clinical Pharmacist Practitioner (CPP) application for licensure will be initiated following employment. 
• →Board certification or advanced credentialing (e.g. BCACP, BCPS, CDCES) is preferred.

• Graduate of an accredited School of Pharmacy and completion of an ASHP-accredited PGY1 residency or equivalent experience is required.
• PGY-2 residency in Ambulatory Care preferred.

• Ability to communicate on a professional level with physicians, nurses and other professional staff when discussing medications and medication-related problems.
• Excellent communication and organization skills.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, and training development skills.
• Demonstrates decision making, team building, patient service, and conflict resolution skills.

• Takes necessary precautions to avoid inadvertent needle sticks, minor cuts or bruises.
• Exposed to normal office or clinic environment.
• Must be able to perform manipulative skills such as writing, typing, and data entry into the computer.
• Must have functional speech, vision, and hearing.
• Exposed to various conditions throughout the workday such as walking on hard surfaces, climbing stairs and changes in temperature and humidity.
• Operates all equipment necessary to perform the job.
