This position is Sign-on Bonus eligible. In addition to the sign-on bonus, this position is eligible for a relocation bonus if current residency is outside of the designated distance to facility. New teammates at Atrium Health are eligible for robust benefits packages and paid time off.
This 13-bed PCU will be co-located with a 8-bed ICU, offering a collaborative and dynamic environment for patient care. This low-to-moderate acuity PCU will specialize in caring for patients with a range of medical conditions requiring close monitoring and specialized interventions. Our team works closely with a variety of healthcare professionals, including physicians from multiple specialties, to deliver high-quality, compassionate care. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing unit and help shape its culture from the ground up!
- Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
- Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
- ACLS are required within 6 months of hire
- 2 years of PCU experience preferred
