Responsibilities
~2 min read- →Drive impactful engagements with healthcare professionals (HCPs) through one-on-one consultations, highlighting the role of clinical nutrition in patient care and positioning Abbott as the preferred choice.
- →Build and strengthen relationships with HCPs across assigned accounts to boost brand visibility and influence product recommendations.
- →Gather market insights, including competitor activity and unmet needs, to develop targeted account plans that drive growth.
- →Deliver compelling product detailing to equip HCPs with the latest scientific knowledge and emphasize the clinical advantages of Abbott’s nutrition portfolio.
- →Address HCPs’ specific needs and objections with tailored messaging to gain their commitment to recommend Abbott products.
- →Collaborate with patient groups and stakeholders to support educational initiatives and raise awareness among patients and caregivers.
- →Track and report account performance against KPIs and take proactive steps to ensure targets are met.
Qualifications:
- →Education: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related healthcare field.
- →Experience: Fresh are welcome or at least 1 year of experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales.
- →Strong communication and presentation skills
- →Good organizational and time management abilities
- →Relationship-building and consultative selling skills
- →Self-motivated, persistent, and goal-oriented
