Assist team to prepare documentation such as validation & commisionning protocol, rework protocol, data compilation and so on
Equipped with some level of data analysis skill, assist team in doing data collection

Support routine production activity: maintain cleaning and flushing matrix, track and analyze production OEE and powder loss performance, maintain monthly powder transfer system usage plan, production process performance tracking and analysis on the monthly basis

Update Standard Operating Procedure when necessary.
- →
Responsible for operations department Quality Record (QR) preparation and Corrective Action and Preventive Action (CAPA) follow up. Ensure no overdue or impact to product release. Provide detailed production non-conformity analysis and summary on the monthly basis.

Responsible for Change Request initiation and follow up

Responsible for Performance Qualification (PQ) preparation and support for (Installation Operational Qualification (IOQ) activities.

Implement the regular GMP and HACCP internal assessment and set up corrective action plan and follow up. Support on preparation for the internal & external quality related audit.

Involve in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) of processing failure, define corrective and preventive action and complete relevant investigation report in time.

Support on operation and cross functional projects: NPI, engineering projects, quality related projects (P.o.P, HRP), and operations projects (OEE, powder loss, operations standardization, cleaning/flushing optimization) etc.
Report to Production Supervisor
Bachelor and above, and major in science, pharma, chemical, food engineering or related discipline
At least 2 years of work experiences in multinational manufacturing companies of dairy, chemical or pharma industries.
Effective communication, problem solving, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
Good read, write, listen and speak in English and Mandarin.
Familiar in tools usage: Minitab, M-files, TrackWise
Good quality awareness and familiar with GMP & HACCP, FMEA, change control, validation
Good data analysis skill
Skillful of MS Power Point, Excel
Good self-motivated and self-learning ability
Good and systematic logic thinking and anticipation
Equipped with project management knowledge and skill
