About the Role
~1 min readProvide technical support to engineering and manufacturing by helping implement corrective and preventive actions and improving processes, methods, and procedures.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Support manufacturing by analysing data to identify issues and trends.
- →Assist with root cause investigations and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- →Help manage non-conforming materials using quality tools.
- →Contribute to process improvements to increase yield and reduce cycle time.
- →Support new product introduction (NPI) with documentation, inspection criteria, and training.
- →Assist with validation and qualification activities by collecting and analysing data.
- →Train operators and support certification activities as needed.
- NFQ Level 6 qualification in a relevant field with 2+ years’ experience (or equivalent).
- Strong understanding of technical concepts, manufacturing processes, and quality systems.
- Ability to analyse data and solve moderately complex problems.
- Experience with testing, inspection, troubleshooting, and process improvement.
- Good documentation and communication skills, including presenting findings.
- Ability to plan, prioritise, and work independently while collaborating with teams.
- Maintains confidentiality and supports continuous improvement and team development.
