✓Quality Engineering - Coordinates quality decisions between different quality and engineering groups.

✓Participates in the development or modification of validation packages, design plans, and risk management deliverables (e.g.FMEAs). Team members helping and interfacing with suppliers to deliver products meeting our quality requirements.

✓Receives general direction and exercises considerable discretion to own work detail. Recommend possible solutions. Provides compliant solutions to a variety of complex problems.

✓Ensures compliant documentation, carrying out tasks related to area of responsibility with management oversight.

✓Decisions may have short- and long-term impact.

✓Proactively identifies systemic quality issues and drives cross-functional continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., CAPA effectiveness, trending, systemic root cause elimination).

✓Takes full ownership of assigned quality systems, ensuring deliverables are met on time with minimal oversight.

✓Effectively challenges decisions when quality or compliance risk is identified.

✓Acts as a quality subject matter expert (SME) within assigned area.

✓Participates in internal, external, and regulatory audits; supports audit readiness and response activities.

Requirements

Bachelors degree, Apprenticeship or Bachelor’s degree in Life Science, Engineering, or closely related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Minimum 3 years work experience in Quality or related field experience, less experience may be appropriate with advanced degree.

Demonstrates understanding of how their function supports the business.
Demonstrates technical and business competencies that drive results and continuous improvement.
Demonstrates management of competing priorities in a dynamic environment while maintaining compliance and quality standards.
