As a Clinical Instructor, you will serve as a core nursing professional guiding students to become certified Home Health Aides (HHAs), equipping them with essential skills and tools to deliver best-in-class care. Reporting to the clinical leadership team, you will lead the creation and execution of clinical skill training classes, partner directly with students during facility placements, and collaborate across teams to elevate our instructional curriculum.
A true player-coach, you are equally comfortable leading hands-on clinical instruction and collaborating on curriculum design. Data-driven and deeply empathetic, you have a passion for mentoring adults, a commitment to upholding clinical compliance, and the drive to deliver high-quality health outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
This is a Part-Time Hybrid opportunity based in Philadelphia, PA.
Over your first 12 months, success in this role means successfully launching structured clinical training sessions that thoroughly prepare cohorts of HHA and CNA students to deliver top-tier, compassionate home care. You will have built strong collaborative relationships with partner long-term care facilities to seamlessly guide students through their in-person clinical components. Furthermore, you will have partnered with the clinical team to expand and enrich our curriculum with new learning modules that measurably boost student skill attainment and medical knowledge.
Requirements

Valid Driver's License in the state of PA.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to teach or mentor others.
Flexibility and availability to work select weekends as needed for clinical sessions.
Must reside or be willing to permanently relocate to the Greater Philadelphia Metropolitan Area area.
Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
