→Operate and monitor Canon Colorado printers to ensure high-quality output and production efficiency.
→Utilize Caldera software for job setup, color management, workflow control, and print production.
→Manage workflow across 4 to 5 production machines simultaneously while maintaining quality standards and meeting deadlines.
→Load, unload, and handle large media rolls and substrates safely.
→Perform routine machine maintenance, troubleshooting, and quality checks.
→Prioritize multiple jobs and adapt to changing production schedules.
→Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
→Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding job status and production needs.

Previous experience operating Canon Colorado printers required.
Proficiency with Caldera RIP software required.
Experience in large-format digital printing preferred.
Ability to lift and maneuver heavy media rolls and materials.
Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable attendance and ability to work the 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM shift consistently.
