GRD Operator – 1st Shift

Join Sibanye-Stillwater’s Granulation team and help process materials used in our precious metals recycling and recovery operations. We’re looking for dependable people who are ready to work, learn, and put safety first.

• Operate granulation and processing equipment
• Load, move, weigh, and track materials
• Monitor equipment and report issues
• Operate forklifts and material-handling equipment
• Complete basic production records
• Keep your work area clean and safe
• Follow operating procedures and safety requirements
• Work with your team to hit daily production goals

• High school diploma or GED
• Manufacturing, warehouse, production, or industrial experience preferred
• Forklift experience is a plus
• Mechanically inclined and comfortable around equipment
• Dependable with strong attention to safety
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stay active throughout the shift
• Comfortable working in an industrial environment
• Reliable transportation

This position requires applicable ITAR and NAID eligibility, background screening, drug testing, pre-employment medical clearance, and required safety training.
