Catalyst Foreman ( Oil & Gas)

ABIS is looking for an experienced Catalyst Foreman (Oil & Gas) to oversee catalyst handling operations within our oil and gas projects. The Catalyst Foreman will supervise catalyst loading, unloading, and regeneration activities, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and operational standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, thorough knowledge of catalyst systems, and the ability to coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary teams. The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining catalyst quality and optimizing process efficiency to support the project's overall success.

• →Supervise catalyst handling operations including loading, unloading, and regeneration of catalysts.
• →Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and operational standards during catalyst handling.
• →Coordinate daily activities with operations and maintenance teams to guarantee seamless workflow.
• →Monitor catalyst inventory and maintain accurate records of catalyst usage and condition.
• →Inspect catalyst equipment and components to identify any issues or potential failures.
• →Provide training and guidance to team members on proper catalyst handling procedures.
• →Assist in planning and scheduling catalyst-related activities to meet project deadlines.

• →High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
• →Proven experience working as a catalyst foreman or in a similar role within the oil & gas industry.
• →Strong understanding of catalyst systems and handling procedures.
• →Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• →Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations related to catalyst handling.
• →Good communication and coordination abilities.
• →Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing work demands.
