JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to perform day‑to‑day facility repairs, support tenant and common‑area maintenance, and ensure a safe, clean, and well‑maintained shopping center environment.

Perform minor repairs in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, carpentry, painting, flooring, and irrigation.

Repair/maintain doors, windows, locks, gates, fencing, roofing, concrete, and pool/spa areas.

Support apartment turns, including make‑ready prep and move‑in/move‑out inspections.

Complete service requests promptly and maintain accurate maintenance logs.

Conduct preventive maintenance and ensure tools/equipment are in proper condition.

Identify major repair needs and correct unsafe conditions immediately.

Follow all safety procedures, use PPE, and comply with federal/state/local regulations.

Participate in on‑call rotation for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Requirements

Frequent walking, bending, kneeling, climbing, lifting, and use of hand tools.

Qualifications

Related maintenance experience preferred.
