Dynamics Functional Architect

Abound Health is seeking a Functional Dynamics Architect to join our Technology team in a fully remote role. In this role, you will own the functional design and configuration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications, including Customer Service, Sales Hub, and Customer Insights – Journeys. You will partner with Dynamics and Operations teams to translate business needs into scalable solutions and support adoption after launch.

• →Own the configuration and ongoing development of Dynamics 365 Customer Service, including case lifecycles, routing, queues, SLAs, and knowledge management.
• →Design and maintain Sales Hub processes for referral, intake, and growth workflows, including Business Process Flows, forms, views, and forecasting.
• →Build and maintain Customer Insights – Journeys segments, journeys, triggers, forms, and communication workflows.
• →Manage Dataverse schemas, security roles, row-level security, and Power Automate workflows.
• →Manage solution lifecycle and deployments across sandbox and production environments.
• →Lead discovery sessions, solution design, UAT, training, and post-launch user support.
• →Document solutions and design decisions to support long-term platform maintenance.

• 3+ years of hands-on Dynamics 365 CE / Power Platform experience, including architecture or lead-consultant responsibilities.
• Deep functional expertise with Dynamics 365 Customer Service, including SLAs, routing, queues, business hours, knowledge management, and case lifecycles.
• Strong Dynamics 365 Sales experience, including pipeline design, Business Process Flows, and forecasting.
• Experience with Customer Insights – Journeys or a comparable marketing automation platform.
• Experience managing solutions and application lifecycle management (ALM), including deployments across multiple environments.
• Strong Data-verse schema, security model, Power Automate, and model-driven app configuration experience.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Experience applying Copilot or other AI tools within Dynamics 365 preferred.
• Experience in healthcare, human services, or another regulated industry preferred; HIPAA awareness is a plus.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certifications preferred.
• Exposure to JavaScript, C# plugins, PCF controls, or the Dataverse Web API is a plus.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
