As a Functional Manager, you'll own assigned workstreams across full-lifecycle Coupa implementations, bringing hands-on Coupa experience and functional expertise to deliver tailored solutions that drive operational excellence and lasting results. You'll execute all phases of your workstream – from requirements and solution design through configuration, testing, and go-live – working alongside leaders and project teams to deliver high-quality outcomes and build the skills to keep advancing your career. Along the way, you'll collaborate with a team that holds itself to a high standard and invites you to contribute beyond client delivery.
- Advise key stakeholders through selection, transformation, implementation, and configuration of Coupa. Our consultants are hands-on involved in full-scale implementation, project management, change management, requirements and design, process improvement, chart of account redesign, testing, integration enablement support, oversee supplier enablement, and best practices
- Utilize a broad array of technical experience encompassing the full Coupa suite –Procurement, Payables, Expenses and Asset Management
- Contribute to developing and implementing firm-approved, AI-enabled solutions for clients, in accordance with company policies on data protection, intellectual property, and professional standards.
- Stay informed about emerging AI tools and techniques and collaborate with firm leadership to identify compliant opportunities to enhance client solutions and internal processes.
- Mentoring team members on career development, technical, and soft skills
- Contribute beyond client delivery, engaging in various activities such as recruiting, shadowing opportunities, marketing, business development, practice development, and operational improvement initiatives
- Implement performance improvement and cost-reduction initiatives to drive operational efficiencies
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Supply Chain, Finance, Accounting, or similar discipline
- Coupa certification preferred
