Job Summary

To develop and execute operational strategies to drive Finance Operations effective and efficient through processes automation within a controlled enviroment.

·       Develops and implement Operational strategies to drive Finance Operations effective and efficient through Automation;

·       Promote operations efficiency within Operations Pillar;

·       Analyze, identify gaps and provide recommendations across operations functions on redundant activities to be automated;

·       Improve the quality of processes to influence timely collections of fees, commissions and taxes;

·       Process transactions through Robots or APIs and reduce human interventions in the process;

·       Ensure compliance with regulatory duties on Finance Operations;

·       Ensure that all policies and procedures are reviewed according to the Bank governance;

·       Ensure adequate risk management according to the Bank Risk management framework and policies;

·       Ensure timely submission of reports to management and other stakeholders;

·       Track performance against key indicators and influence the winning achievements;

·       Actively participating on projects to deliver operational efficiency;

·       Consistent drive towards achieving key performance indicators and targets;

·       Ensure a robust control environment in place through clear understanding of our control environment and management control approach;

·       Lead initiatives for process automation and operational excellence;

·       Streamline reporting and manual transactional processes to increase accuracy and reduce turnaround times;

·       Provides leadership on financial process transformation and digitalization, aligning operations with the Bank long-term strategy for efficiency and innovation;

·       Collaborate with business units, IT, and risk teams to ensure seamless end-to-end financial processes;

·       Manage, coach, and develop a high-performing finance operations team;

·       Drive continuous improvement culture within finance operations;

Provide insights to support decision-making, cost optimization, and resource allocation.

National Diplomas and Advanced Certificates: Business, Commerce and Management Studies (Required)
