Job Summary

Manage and coordinate Human Resources operations at mid-level, ensuring the efficient, integrated, and compliant delivery of HR administration, payroll processing, compensation policies, and performance management activities. Act as a key link between Human Resources, Finance, INSS, and business units to promote process consistency, compliance with applicable labour legislation, and the integrity of organisational data.
Translate strategic Human Resources guidelines into practical operational processes, ensuring that reward and performance management policies are applied fairly, transparently, and in alignment with corporate objectives. Serve as the primary point of contact for operational and payroll-related matters, supporting timely issue resolution, risk mitigation, and continuous process improvement.
Support decision-making through HR data analysis, monitoring of key performance indicators, and identification of opportunities for cost optimisation and productivity improvement. Contribute to a positive employee experience by ensuring reliable HR service delivery, while strengthening internal governance through adherence to policies, audit requirements, and internal controls.


  • Manage, configure, and optimize Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), ensuring high standards of data quality, reliability, and integrity, as well as continuous process improvement and automation of operational workflows.
  • Ensure structured analysis of employee data (hires, mobility, exits, absenteeism, among others), identifying trends, risks, and opportunities that support both strategic and operational decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance of labor-related document management processes and employee records, guaranteeing strict adherence to applicable labor legislation and internal organizational standards.
  • Produce, analyze, and present HR reports (headcount, costs, performance indicators, and workforce metrics), delivering relevant and actionable insights to support management and strategic planning.
  • Ensure adherence to HR policies, procedures, and governance principles, strengthening internal control mechanisms, organizational transparency, and the mitigation of operational and legal risks.
  • Lead, develop, and empower the Human Resources team, fostering a high-performance culture, continuous capability building, and alignment with organizational priorities;
  • Manage and strengthen relationships with key internal stakeholders, including Finance and Business Leadership, ensuring strategic alignment, effective communication, and proactive support to business needs;
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across HR processes, enhancing operational efficiency, promoting innovation, and embedding best practices in line with organizational standards of excellence;
  • Provide strategic HR guidance to business leaders, supporting organizational design, workforce planning, and talent optimization;
  • Champion employee engagement and organizational culture initiatives, contributing to a positive and inclusive workplace environment;
  • Ensure effective change management practices, supporting business transformation initiatives and organizational evolution;
  • Oversee talent management processes, including succession planning, leadership development, and retention strategies;
  • Ensure the effective implementation of HR policies and frameworks, promoting consistency, fairness, and compliance across the organization;
  • Leverage HR analytics and insights to inform decision-making and support business performance outcomes;
  • Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on people-related matters, contributing to the achievement of strategic business objectives.




  • Support the design, implementation, and continuous enhancement of the total rewards strategy, aligned with organizational objectives and market best practices;
  • Coordinate annual salary review cycles (pay review), ensuring consistency, equity, and budget alignment;
  • Conduct market benchmarking analyses, ensuring external competitiveness and internal consistency of compensation structures;
  • Monitor internal equity and compensation cost structures, identifying deviations and proposing optimization measures.
  • Oversee the monthly payroll process, ensuring high levels of accuracy, confidentiality, and strict adherence to established deadlines;
  • Validate salary adjustments, financial reconciliations, and payroll reports, ensuring consistency and compliance with internal policies;
  • Ensure full compliance with tax, legal, and statutory obligations (taxes and social security), mitigating risks of non-compliance;
  • Manage the benefits portfolio (insurance, allowances, and others), as well as vendor relationships, ensuring operational efficiency and service quality.
  • Implement and monitor the integrated performance management cycle, ensuring consistency, transparency, and effectiveness;
  • Ensure alignment between individual and team objectives and the organization’s strategic goals;
  • Develop and analyze performance dashboards and reports, providing relevant insights to support decision-making;
  • Support leaders in setting clear, measurable objectives and fostering a culture of continuous feedback;
  • Ensure integration of performance outcomes into decision-making processes related to compensation, recognition, and talent development.

  • Ensure full compliance with applicable labor, tax, and regulatory requirements, mitigating legal and reputational risks to the organization;
  • Actively participate in internal and external audits, ensuring the availability, reliability, and traceability of information, as well as adherence to control requirements;
  • Design, implement, and monitor operational controls and risk management policies, fostering a robust internal control environment aligned with best governance practices.




  • Lead, develop, and empower the Human Resources team, fostering a high-performance culture, continuous development, and alignment with organizational objectives;
