Senior Principal

TITLE: SENIOR PRINCIPAL

REPORTS TO: DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

Primary Purpose:

The Principal’s duties are many to oversee the smooth operation of campus activity, and ensure we are delivering a quality education to our students. The incumbent will serve as the main figurehead for faculty, overseeing and evaluating the faculty. He/she will also and maintain a safe and nurturing place for our students to learn, and serve as a head liaison for parent and stakeholder communications,

Qualifications:

• Native English speaker preferred.
• 5-7 years as principal or vice principal
• Excellent oral and verbal communication skills
• Proven problem-solving skills
• Outstanding organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
