• 5+ years of related work experience required

• Ability to maintain confidentiality of information required
• Computer – proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and e-mail programs
• Communication – effective listening, speaking, and writing
• Acceptable level of hearing and vision to perform job duties

• →Serves as subject matter expert for all boat, trailer, and ride-on matters across the organization
• →Updates and maintains all store training with the most current federal, state, and local regulations
• →Create and maintain internal Training materials
• →Maintain the most current watercraft and motor vehicle regulations for each of the states in which Academy operates and boarders
• →Research licensing and permit requirements of states where Academy does business or anticipates doing business
• →Manages the boat, trailer, and ride-on sales and registration process including processing ownership documentation
• →Partners with store and Customer Care teams to resolve customer service issues
• →Establishes Compliance Requirements for existing and potential BMT manufacturers/vendors
• →Works closely with buying teams responsible for boats, trailers, and ride-Ons
• →Works with BMT manufacturers to obtain MSO/MCO for items sold
• →Manages internal procedures/processes and makes updates as needed
• →Manages all incoming customer and store requests for BRT items
• →Serves as subject matter expert and manages new item set up in BMT Database
• →Knowledge of Firearm Compliance Federal and State regulations
• →Assist in an on-call group to assist stores with Firearm Compliance questions
• →Maintain Firearm Compliance Database
• →Assisting in Firearm Compliance Projects and audits
• →Required to learn company policies and procedures and safety rules
• →Develop a thorough understanding of Academy policies, procedures, and safety rules
• →Responsibilities may change; team members may be required to perform other tasks as assigned
