As an Associate Dentist, you'll provide comprehensive dental care while building meaningful relationships with your patients.

Responsibilities include:

• →Perform comprehensive exams and diagnose dental conditions
• →Develop and present personalized treatment plans
• →Deliver preventive, restorative, and general dental procedures
• →Educate patients on oral health and treatment options
• →Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• →Collaborate with an experienced clinical and administrative team
• →Help create an exceptional patient experience with every visit

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Active Idaho dental license (or ability to obtain one)
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Commitment to ethical, patient-centered dentistry
• Team-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous learning
• New graduates are encouraged to apply—mentorship is available
