Location: Hong Kong
WPP Media Hong Kong is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Associate, Social and Content to join our vibrant team. Reporting to the Associate Vice President, Social and Content Marketing, you will bridge the gap between local audience engagement and cross-border/China social strategies, including platforms such as Xiaohongshu, Douyin, WeChat, Meta, Threads, and YouTube. You will play a crucial role in bringing brand stories to life, managing end-to-end campaign operations, fostering creator partnerships, and driving measurable impact for our diverse client portfolio.

Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of professional experience in social media management, content marketing, or influencer/KOL management.
- Strong familiarity with local media landscapes and platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Threads, etc.).
- Hands-on knowledge or strong familiarity with China social platforms and ecosystems (XiaoHongShu / RED, Douyin, WeChat, etc.).
- Strong project management, operational trafficking, and analytical skills.
- Result-oriented mindset with high attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment both independently and collaboratively.
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin) is essential to effectively manage China platform operations, KOL communication, and client reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and AI tools.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience working within an agency environment.
- Experience in testing new social commerce features and leveraging emerging digital technologies.
