The Salesforce Architect - Financial Services owns the end-to-end technical discovery, design and delivery of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud solutions for A360 clients. You will architect secure, scalable solutions, lead development teams, and serve as the go-to technical authority on FSC’s data model, OmniStudio, and platform capabilities across banking, insurance, and lending engagements.

Project Delivery
- Architect and deliver FSC implementations including configuration, custom development, integrations, and data migration
- Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that leverage FSC data models (banking, insurance, mortgage/lending), omni-studio and industry specific solutions
- Design and document integration architecture with core banking, LOS, POS, policy administration, and claims systems
- Lead technical discovery sessions and present solutions to client stakeholders for buy-in
- Enforce coding standards, lead code reviews, and ensure appropriate design patterns are followed
- Collaborate with Solution Architects and Enterprise Architects for project delivery
- Own the technical architecture from design through go-live
- Build rapid prototypes and proof-of-concepts during pre-sales, discovery and design phases
- Participate in agile ceremonies and lead technical story estimation and grooming to ensure accurate scoping and delivery commitments
- 2+ years architecting solutions on Salesforce Financial Services Cloud
- 5+ years Salesforce development experience (Apex, LWC, Aura, JavaScript, SOQL, Flows, Rest)
- 2+ years mentoring or leading a development team
- 3+ years in a consulting practice
- Strong working knowledge of FSC data models for banking, insurance, or lending
- Proficiency in OmniStudio (FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures)
- Experience with FSC/Industry specific solutions(e.g., ARC, Households, DPE, Business apis, Salesforce Shield, Compliant sharing)
- Experience designing integration solutions with financial services platforms
- Experience with platform security features from authentication to data visibility and sharing
- Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, release management, and code versioning
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent
- Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect certification
- Agentforce specialist Certification
- Financial Services Cloud Accredited Professional
- Omni-studio developer certification
- Data cloud consultant certification
- Middleware and domain specific vendor exposure
- Experience with Salesforce release management tools (e.g., Copado, Gearset)
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce testing and CI/CD platforms
- Active participation in Salesforce community events or publications
