Senior Integration Technical Lead

Role Overview:
We are looking for a Senior / Lead Integration Engineer with 8+ years of experience in modern integration platforms such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or Workato. The ideal candidate will lead integration initiatives, design scalable API-driven solutions, and work closely with clients and stakeholders.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead design and development of API-led integrations
• Build System, Process, and Experience APIs
• Integrate enterprise applications (Salesforce, SAP, Workday, NetSuite)
• Develop REST/SOAP APIs
• Drive real-time and event-driven integrations
• Ensure API security (OAuth, JWT)
• Handle logging, monitoring, and performance tuning
• Lead and mentor team members
• Work directly with clients and stakeholders
• Participate in CI/CD, testing, and deployment
• Maintain technical documentation
   

Required Skills & Experience:

• 8+ years of experience in Integration/Middleware
• Hands-on expertise in MuleSoft / Dell Boomi / Workato
• Strong experience leading teams and projects
• Client-facing experience with strong stakeholder communication
• Strong understanding of API-led architecture
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs
• Cloud experience (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub, Azure DevOps)
• Experience integrating enterprise applications
• Knowledge of JSON/XML

Good to Have:

• Kafka/JMS
• ETL exposure (Informatica/ADF)
• Microservices architecture
• Relevant certifications
