The Senior Manager will lead large-scale cost transformation and productivity improvement programs for clients, helping organizations redesign cost structures, optimize value chains, improve profitability, and accelerate growth through digital, automation, and AI-driven solutions. The role requires direct engagement with C-suite executives and leadership of complex transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

→Lead enterprise-wide cost and productivity transformation programs.
→Partner with senior client executives to identify performance improvement opportunities.
→Drive cost optimization initiatives across SG&A, operations, workforce, procurement, technology, and support functions.
→Develop and implement operating model redesigns and transformation roadmaps.
→Apply analytics, benchmarking, automation, and AI to deliver measurable business value.
→Create business cases, financial models, value realization plans, and governance mechanisms.
→Lead cross-functional and global teams to execute strategic initiatives.
→Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and provide strategic advisory support.
→Develop executive-ready presentations, transformation playbooks, and board-level recommendations.
→Support business development, solution development, and thought leadership initiatives.

Requirements

10-15+ years of experience in consulting, business transformation, strategy, operations, finance, or performance improvement.
Strong experience in cost optimization, productivity improvement, and operating model transformation.
Proven ability to lead large, complex, multi-workstream programs.
Experience working directly with C-suite and senior business leaders.
Strong financial and commercial acumen, including P&L analysis and business case development.
Experience leveraging data analytics, automation, and AI-enabled solutions.
MBA, CA, CFA, Engineering, or equivalent advanced qualification preferred.
