What would you do? • • Supervise daily supplier invoice processing and ensure SLA adherence. • • Review high-value or critical supplier invoices and escalate through the approval workflow for HarbourVest sign-off. • You will be working as a part of Investment Banking team which specializes primarily in selling securities and underwriting the issuance of new equity shares to raise capital funds They act as intermediaries between security issuers and investors and help new firms to public • Design, implement, manage and support accounts payable activities for an organization by applying the relevant processes, policies and applications.
What are we looking for? • Primary skill - Accounts Payable Process - P1 • • Supervise daily supplier invoice processing and ensure SLA adherence. • • Review high-value or critical supplier invoices and escalate through the approval workflow for HarbourVest sign-off. • • Prepare payment runs within agreed cut-off windows for HarbourVest approval and execution. • • Validate payment run output and complete control checks before submission to HarbourVest for release.
Roles and Responsibilities: • In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of increasingly complex problems. • Your day to day interactions are with peers within Accenture. • You are likely to have some interaction with clients and or Accenture management. • You will be given minimal instruction on daily work tasks and a moderate level of instruction on new assignments. • Decisions that are made by you impact your own work and may impact the work of others. • In this role you would be an individual contributor and or oversee a small work effort and or team. • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
