The position requires continuous collaboration with team members to align software solutions with business goals, while focusing on scalability, performance, and quality throughout the project lifecycle. The lead also monitors progress and addresses challenges to deliver robust and efficient software products.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in React.js.
- Strong understanding of component-based architecture and state management.
- Experience with front-end development tools and frameworks related to React.js.
- Ability to optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
- Knowledge of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
