Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical vision and architectural framework of bespoke software projects. This role requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of software design and implementation, ensuring that development practices meet high standards. The position demands continuous alignment of technical solutions with evolving business goals, fostering collaboration among team members, and driving the delivery of scalable and efficient software products. The lead actively monitors project progress, addresses challenges, and facilitates communication across various stakeholders to maintain seamless execution and innovation.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Establish and enforce development standards to maintain code quality and consistency.
- Mentor and support team members to enhance their technical skills and professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure timely delivery of software solutions.
- Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
- Strong knowledge of front-end and back-end frameworks and technologies related to Java Full Stack Development.
- Experience in designing scalable and maintainable software architectures.
- Ability to implement best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment.
- Familiarity with version control systems and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues within software projects.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- This position is based at the client onsite location within India.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
