Summary:
As an Engineering Services Practitioner, a typical day involves supporting comprehensive engineering services aimed at creating effective technical solutions that address complex challenges and meet organizational goals. This role requires engaging with various aspects of engineering, including structural and stress design, qualification processes, configuration management, and technical oversight. The practitioner collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to ensure that engineering problems are resolved efficiently, contributing to the overall success of projects and business objectives through a blend of scientific understanding, practical experience, and socio-economic considerations.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of engineering solutions with project requirements.
- Maintain thorough documentation of engineering processes and decisions to support knowledge sharing and compliance.
- Continuously update technical knowledge and skills to stay current with industry advancements.
- Support junior team members by sharing expertise and providing guidance on engineering tasks.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Airbus Configuration Tools.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret engineering data and apply technical knowledge effectively.
- Experience in configuration management and technical documentation.
- Ability to work with structural and stress design principles within engineering projects.
- Familiarity with qualification processes and technical management practices.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Airbus Configuration Tools.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
