By being part of this team, you will work from Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:30, in a hybrid way from Bucharest.

In this role you will be responsible for back-office activities for international assignments and permanent transfer moves, such as system maintenance and documentation management.  

• Review assignment data for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with Global Mobility policies;

• Maintain international assignment and permanent transfer records in HR and Global Mobility systems;

• Prepare and update assignment statements and cost estimates in line with company policies and local requirements;

• Generate assignment-related documentation, including assignment, extension, and repatriation letters;

• Support international move processes by ensuring timely and accurate documentation management;

• Maintain employee assignment records and compliance documentation, including work permits and related files.

• You have B2-C1 English language skills;

• Bachelor's degree;
