Summary:
As an Operations Engineer, your day typically involves overseeing the smooth functioning of production systems and services. You will be engaged in monitoring operational requirements and ensuring that service agreements are met consistently. Your role includes managing delivery processes, addressing any issues that arise in the production environment, and coordinating with various teams to maintain system reliability and performance. This position requires a proactive approach to support and optimize operational workflows, ensuring that services remain uninterrupted and efficient throughout the day.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and operational excellence.
- Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance reliability and efficiency.
- Document operational procedures and maintain clear communication channels within the team.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language).
- Strong problem-solving abilities with experience in troubleshooting production systems.
- Familiarity with system monitoring tools and incident management processes.
- Ability to automate routine operational tasks using scripting and programming techniques.
- Good understanding of service level agreements and operational best practices.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Python (Programming Language).
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
