→Lead and architect end-to-end SAP solutions, with a strong focus on S/4HANA, across diverse industries and business domains.
→Design comprehensive solution approaches, including technical architecture, cost models, and staffing strategies.
→Drive solutioning for complex proposals and competitive bids, clearly articulating value through storytelling and effective communication.
→Facilitate seamless transitions from solution design through to mobilization and stabilization phases.
→Collaborate closely with global delivery teams to ensure alignment, quality, and successful implementation.
→Innovate using emerging technologies, automation, and AI to enhance delivery effectiveness and solution quality.
→Act as a thought leader and trusted advisor within the SAP community and broader technology landscape.

→Proven expertise as a Senior SAP Solution Architect, with 15+ years of SAP experience and at least 5 years in a lead architect capacity.
→Deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA, and experience in leading full lifecycle SAP implementations.
→Demonstrated success in designing and delivering winning solutions for complex client needs and proposals.
→Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and storytelling skills.
→Strong leadership and people management experience, particularly with global and cross-functional teams.
→Proficiency in leveraging AI and tooling to create innovative and efficient solution architectures.
→Beginner to intermediate proficiency in general Solution Architecture methodologies and frameworks.
