YOUR NEXT ROLE

As a DTP Specialist, you’ll play a critical role in delivering multilingual content that helps global brands communicate consistently across cultures. This role sits at the heart of Acclaro’s language services organization, where precision, technical expertise, and problem-solving directly impact customer success. You’ll own complex desktop publishing and document engineering projects from intake through delivery, partnering closely with project managers, linguists, and technical teams to ensure exceptional quality and efficiency. WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Own the preparation, formatting, and final delivery of complex multilingual publishing projects across a wide range of file formats and platforms.
• Serve as a technical expert for DTP and file engineering challenges, identifying solutions that balance quality, efficiency, and client requirements.
• Perform advanced quality assurance reviews and validation checks, ensuring deliverables meet Acclaro and client standards.
• Partner with project teams to assess production risks, recommend best practices, and support successful project execution.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to optimize workflows, tools, and publishing processes.
• Independently manage multiple concurrent projects, balancing competing priorities while consistently meeting deadlines and quality expectations.
• Mentor and support less experienced team members by sharing technical expertise, best practices, and production knowledge.
• Contribute to documentation, publishing standards, and knowledge-sharing initiatives that improve team scalability, consistency, and operational excellence.

THIS ROLE IS FOR YOU IF YOU

• Have 5+ years of experience in desktop publishing, multilingual content production, localization engineering, graphic production, or a related field.
• Bring advanced expertise with Adobe InDesign, Acrobat, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Are comfortable making independent decisions and resolving complex production challenges with minimal supervision.
• Thrive in fast-paced environments where you manage multiple priorities and deliver consistently high-quality work.
• Communicate clearly and confidently with cross-functional stakeholders across different regions and time zones.
• Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and enjoy finding smarter, more scalable ways of working.
• Are fluent in English, both written and spoken.

YOU’LL STAND OUT IF YOU

• Have experience with CAT tools such as Trados Studio or similar localization technologies.
• Have worked extensively with multilingual publishing, localization workflows, and international content production.
• Have experience creating or improving publishing workflows, automation solutions, or production standards.
• Enjoy mentoring colleagues and contributing to the growth of team knowledge and capability.
• Bring experience supporting enterprise clients with complex formatting, branding, and localization requirements.
