We are looking for a Digital Strategy Consultant to join our Strategy Team. You will work with leading brands across Europe to close the gap between commercial ambition and customer experience execution.
This is not a support role. You will own workstreams, face clients, and be expected to think clearly, structured, and with impact. In return, you get real ownership early, a steep learning curve, and senior colleagues who invest in your growth.

What You Will Do
Drive commercial impact. Contribute to client engagements focused on business transformation and commercial value realization, not just strategy on paper, but outcomes in practice
Own and deliver. Take responsibility for defined workstreams and progressively expand your scope as you grow
Translate ambition into action. Turn commercial objectives into clear strategies, roadmaps, and prioritised initiatives with measurable impact
Facilitate, don't just participate. Lead and contribute to workshops, stakeholder sessions, and decision forums that create alignment and forward momentum
Go deep on insight. Analyse customer data, journey performance, and MarTech configurations to develop recommendations across CX, technical architecture, and data intelligence, all with a commercial lens
Make complexity clear. Develop and present strategic and tactical deliverables that articulate direction, trade-offs, and impact to senior stakeholders
Bridge business and technology. Connect commercial objectives with technical possibilities to ensure strong, coherent customer experiences
Build the toolkit. Apply, refine, and contribute to a shared consulting toolbox of frameworks, methods, and reusable assets that raise the bar for the entire team
Who You Are
1–4 years in management consulting, digital strategy, CRM, or marketing technology consulting, always client-facing, always structured
You bring a consulting toolbox: problem structuring, hypothesis-driven thinking, stakeholder management, and the ability to build a compelling narrative from complex inputs
You have a genuine interest in data-driven marketing, personalisation, and customer journey activation, and you understand how these connect to commercial value
Exposure to MarTech is preferred. Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Cloud (AJO, CJA, Target, RTCDP) is an advantage, not a prerequisite
You are comfortable in front of clients, clear, confident, and able to hold the room
You are proactive, curious, and structured, and you know when to push and when to listen
Excellent communication skills in English and one Nordic language (Danish, Swedish, or Norwegian)
You want to build a long-term career in digital strategy and consulting, with the ambition and the sustainability to do it well
Locations: Copenhagen, Stockholm, or Oslo.
