What You'll Do

Every day is different. You'll complete a variety of residential and light commercial repair, maintenance, and improvement projects while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Typical projects include:

Carpentry repairs and installations
Drywall repair and finishing
Interior and exterior painting
Flooring repairs and installation
Tile repair and installation
Minor plumbing repairs
Minor electrical repairs
Door and window repairs or replacement
General home maintenance and handyman services

What We're Looking For

You are a skilled problem solver who can work independently, communicate professionally, and consistently deliver high-quality workmanship.

Required Skills

Strong experience in multiple trades
Ability to diagnose problems and recommend solutions
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to manage projects efficiently and professionally
Strong attention to detail
Reliable and self-motivated

Requirements

Must live in San Diego North County
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Truck or van capable of transporting a 8-foot ladder
Basic set of tools required to do most jobs.
Ability to lift, carry, and work safely on ladders
Clean and professional appearance
Organized vehicle and tools
Strong communication skills
