We are seeking an experienced and reliable Professional Multiskilled Handyman to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience performing a variety of residential and commercial repair, maintenance, improvement, and remodeling projects.

Responsibilities:

Perform general handyman, repair, maintenance, and improvement services.
Complete drywall repairs, painting, caulking, trim work, carpentry, doors, and other general repairs.
Install and replace hardware, shelves, cabinets, doors, and other components.
Perform minor flooring, siding, framing, and finish carpentry work.
Diagnose issues and determine the appropriate materials and repair methods.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Communicate professionally with customers and provide excellent customer service.
Follow project specifications, company standards, and safety procedures.
Accurately track labor hours and materials used on each project.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a handyman or in residential/commercial construction.
Strong skills in multiple trades, including carpentry, drywall, painting, and general repairs.
Knowledge of minor plumbing and electrical repairs.
Ability to read and understand project instructions.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable transportation (Van or Truck) and a valid driver's license.
Professional appearance and excellent communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
