Requirements
~1 min read- Hourly Pay: $19-26/hr for direct billable hours (based on experience)
- Training, onboarding, and drive time: Paid at $15.00/hr
- Paid RBT certification training provided within your first month of employment
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Provide one-on-one support to children with autism and related developmental needs using evidence-based strategies
- →Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a supervising clinician
- →Teach communication, social, daily living, and behavioral skills in home, school, or community settings
- →Collect data on client progress and adjust support strategies as needed
- →Build positive, supportive relationships with clients and their families
- →Collaborate with a clinical team to ensure consistent, high-quality care
- →Celebrate small wins that lead to meaningful, life-changing progress
- →Be a steward of ATS’s mission, vision, values, and beliefs.
What We Offer
~1 min read- High school diploma, or GED (minimum) and 18+ years old.
- Experience working with children or individuals with disabilities (or related coursework).
- Valid driver’s license, car insurance, and your own reliable vehicle is required.This is not a position where rideshare or public transportation can be used.
- Candidates with evening/after-school availability preferred (sessions typically 2–6 hours, Monday–Friday).
- General knowledge of computer systems, including Windows and Google products.
