Responsibilities

→Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a compassionate, professional approach
→Bilingual candidates with Spanish fluency are highly preferred
→Excellent customer service skills with a consistently positive, and empathetic approach to clients and families.
→Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
→Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude and accountability
→Strong time management and follow-through
→Comfort working across multiple markets and managing multiple priorities
→Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook
→Experience using CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred)
→Ability to analyze and interpret data and workflow metrics

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent healthcare experience preferred
1+ year of experience in healthcare admissions, client onboarding, or related field preferred
1+ year of experience in a call center or high-volume customer service environment.
