In this role, you'll spark curiosity and creativity in young minds every day. From storytimes and programs to school and daycare outreach, you'll help build a love of reading and learning that lasts a lifetime-all while creating a space where kids, teens, and families feel at home.

Responsibilities

- →Build relationships through outreach to schools, daycares, and community partners
- →Help young patrons and families find books, resources, and technology
- →Support daily library services, including circulation and account assistance
- →Contribute to displays, collections, and a welcoming, inclusive space
- Bachelor's degree + 2 years of library experience (or equivalent)
- Indiana Public Librarian Certification (or ability to obtain)
- Experience or passion for working with children and teens
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- A commitment to serving diverse communities
