→Lead retail sales for the Jaipur region, driving business growth across products.
→Strengthen DSP’s market share and brand presence across key channels and distributors.
→Develop and execute sales strategies, business plans, and campaigns to achieve regional goals.
→Build and nurture long-term relationships with distributors, IFAs, and key partners.
→Drive new business opportunities, onboarding, and revenue growth initiatives.
→Monitor performance metrics, identify challenges, and implement corrective strategies to deliver results.

10+ years of experience in financial services, preferably in mutual fund distribution or AMC sales.
A deep understanding of retail distribution networks and investor dynamics.
Strong relationship-building and leadership skills.
A results-driven mindset with analytical and execution excellence.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
