Beverage Manager

We are now accepting applications for the following position:

• →Lead all beverage operations across restaurants, bars, events, and member experiences.
• →Develop and maintain innovative wine, cocktail, spirits, coffee, and non-alcoholic beverage programs.
• →Manage beverage inventory, ordering, cost controls, and supplier relationships.
• →Recruit, train, coach, and develop bar teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• →Ensure consistent luxury service standards across all outlets.
• →Collaborate with culinary and restaurant leadership to create elevated food and beverage pairings.
• →Monitor beverage sales performance, profitability, and operational KPIs.
• →Support special events, activations, private functions, and VIP experiences.
• →Ensure compliance with licensing, health, safety, and responsible alcohol service regulations.

• Minimum 3-5 years of beverage management experience within luxury hotels, fine dining restaurants, private clubs, or high-end hospitality environments.
• Strong knowledge of wines, spirits, cocktails, beverage trends, and luxury service standards.
• Experience managing beverage costs, inventory controls, and supplier negotiations.
• Proven leadership and team development skills.
• Sommelier, WSET or equivalent certifications.
• Strong organizational, communication, and guest engagement abilities.

Salary: USD$70,000.00 - USD$85,000.00 per annum
