Busser

We are accepting applications for the following position:

The Food Runner/Busser is responsible for providing the highest quality of service to guests in an attentive, courteous, and efficient manner. He/She is also responsible for delivering food items to guests and ensuring orders are accurate and timely.

• →Delivers exceptional service consistently.
• →Follows service guidelines.
• →Cleans, sets and re-sets tables continuously, assuming responsibility for station, tables and side duties.
• →Serves water, bread and coffee.
• →Performs set up duties as requested to include side stations, storage areas and food staging area.
• →Anticipates and services guest’s needs.
• →Serves and clears food and beverage items in an unobtrusive and professional manner.
• →Familiar with the menus, including preparation, ingredients and description.
• →Familiar with the wine list and in wine and beverage service including stemware used.
• →Completes opening and closing side work as assigned and have all tables set according to standard.
• →Carries trays, bussers and resets tables with linen, china, glass and silver
• →Stocks linen, china, silver and glassware for service.
• →Maintains and retrieves all food items from the kitchen and attractively and safely transports them to an outlet.
• →Serves any dishes to guests while explaining the contents and preparation.

• Less than 1 year of relevant experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Hourly Range: US$6.56-US$7.00 per hour
