Production Supervisor

We are now accepting applications for the following position:

• →Supervises work performed in the facility areas including receiving, cleaning, and distribution of laundry.
• →Supervises schedule adherence, assigns work, and appraises and motivates for performance.
• →Assists Production Manager in enforcing policies, procedures, rules, and regulations as per Cayman Linen standards.
• →Responsible for proper handling of customer linen and valet (dry-clean and pressing) and establishes standards procedures to ensure quality of work performed.
• →Must effectively communicate business expectations to all team members.
• →Manages assigned teams by effectively developing, mentoring, and assessing the performance of staff.
• →Maintains a safe and clean work environment; report any accident, incident, or safety issues to the Production Manager
• →Advises management with hiring and termination procedures, and performance evaluations as needed.
• →Provides daily information for weekly operating reports
• →Performs other duties as required from time to time.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a supervisory role in a large unit laundry operation
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, stand, bend, walk for long periods of time
• Able to multitask and have a strong attention to detail
• Excellent organizational skill with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Scheduling flexibility; able to work nights, weekends, and public holidays.

Hourly Wage: USD$17.00 - USD$22.00 Per Hour + gratuities
