Responsibilities

→Diploma in Production, Operation Management, Engineering and or equivalent
→Min 2 years people management skills
→At least 1 year supervisory experience in Manufacturing
→Computer literacy essential
→CI/ WCM Quality and safety experience in a manufacturing environment
→Exposure to a shop floor with unionized environment.

Proactive / Self Driven/Energy/ passionate
Excellent People Skills
Ability to deal with Change management
Problem Solving Skills: Analyse situations and apply proven problems solving tools to make decisions / take actions that will result in sustainable and improving results
he ability to plan, organize and drive for results while constantly measuring the quality, cost and delivery.
