Responsibilities

→The successful applicant will manage the restaurants operation, maintain established cost and quality standards, to ensure superior service and maximize profits.
→Create and maintain an energizing environment, with a superior Team, dedicated to an attentive, distinctive food and beverage experience.
→Hire, train, supervise, coach, and motivate associates.
→Identify service issues and take necessary action to correct them
→Control and maximize seating of the restaurant while maintaining high quality standard of service.
→Control usage of all food and beverage items and appropriate usage of service equipment and tools.
→Prepare associate schedules which allow for appropriate service while controlling labor costs and overtime.
→Thorough understanding of all food and beverage items offered, including ingredients, methods of preparation and proper service.
→Will handle all inventories directly involved with the operation of Food and Beverage.
