Shift : Monday thru Thursday from 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
· Patient Registration: Greet patients, assist them with medical forms, and maintain accurate records.
· Appointment Scheduling: Book and coordinate patient visits, follow-ups, and procedures.
· Communication: Answer incoming calls, address patient inquiries, and coordinate with doctors and nursing staff.
· Billing & Insurance: Process payments, handle co-pays, and assist with initial insurance documentation or prior authorizations
Location: Grayslake, IL 60030
